Highway robbery!!! I sought the council of Brian V Ahmad for a simple trial agains my former landlord to get my security deposit returned to me. First off I got no money returned to me in other words he lost my case and on top of that we spent a total of 3 and a half hours at court (to my understanding I'd be charged 295 per hour) and I got charged 1,583.91!!! They trap your money in with a retainer fee having you believe it'll be returned minus the time spent on the case. And he tried to justify keeping all of this money by sticking me with the time he spent traveling!!! Unbelievable I don't get paid to drive to work I get paid when I clock in it should be no different for a lawyer.
Save your time and money and find an honest lawyer who will actually spend time on your case and not search for reasons to keep your money!!
