I bought a washer and dryer set here and I am very pleased with the build quality and performance. The appliances manager Randy was super helpful for my purchase. He helped me get the right product at the right price and at the right time. The prices were better than my local store in Maryland and there was no tax. The delivery guys were amazing and got the 400 pound unit down a 90 degree stairs without even bumping the wall! I will definitely consider AHC Appliances for my next appliance need.

Customer service and price, isn't this why most go to a particular store or ask for a certain individual when making a purchase.

I Live in Hawaii and "appliance" stores do not exist on this island. We made our 5 piece kitchen appliance purchase online from a retailer in Michigan (dont prefer to discuss that ordeal).

Long story short, we did not have a working kitchen, as we needed to find another stove at a fair price along with and much more importantly, fast shipping -immediately. AHC Appliance in NY did not provide a fair price what AHC Appliances provided us was a fantastic price and outstanding customer service. Randy our rep reduced his mark up and beat ALL of the competition and personally ensured that our glasstop induction stove was in the shippers posession the same day as we purchased-No bs on that, the same day! (How can I be sure he did that...read below). You want straight answers with no spin call Randy.

The stove was shipped from new York and arrived here in hawaii within 3 business days (yelp three days, this is how i know he did). If we need something and AHC has it...we'll be making our purchases from them.

Best deal on slide GE slide-in gas range we could find anywhere. Yes to high pressure sales phone salesman but just "stand your ground" and you will come out fine. = Free delivery to Ohio plus after sale completed the phone dude volunteered that GE had an extra $75.00 rebate on the model we bought.

OUTSTANDING. Purchased Bosch washing machine. They were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Lived in New York moved to Tennessee. Washer made it from New York to Tennessee without issue. The delivery company while unloading the washer dropped it off the rear of truck causing damage. I contacted AHC and in a timely manner they responded and sent me a replacement (washing machine). It was not the company's fault that the delivery company damaged it jet, they did the right thing and replaced it. The second washer arrived without incident. AHC called me to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy. In my book, AHC is an excellent company to do business with and I will recommend and do business with again.

I had an extremely positive experience with this company. I am located in NJ and this company had flexible delivery dates. Their driver called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way so I could receive the delivery. Also, the sales people have significantly more knowledge than any of the big name stores. I have gone to all of them and none of them were able to answer my questions like AHC. I am shocked to see other negative reviews as this place has only given me excellent service and products. I highly recommend them!!!
