I was advised by Union store to exchange the watch here. I bought the watch at Union square store and wad advised that I could exchange the store at other retailed store; however, after I showed the watch, I was told " my store cannot be stuck with a broken watch" " there is no use for my store" " you can only go back to Union square store for the store credit" When I asked her could I get my money back, she said yes....But when I went back to Union square, I was told that I could not get the refund. The manager took the watch and insisted to call me back later......I would never purchase Agnes B product again.
