ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You speak to the receptionist Emily who cannot answer a question and her response is I don't know i don't make the rules then you get her manager Diana who answers your question but cannot give you a logical reason why her answer is no just another one that says I don't make the rules I just follow them. Just employees with a bad attitude who just work there and do not have the understanding or concern on whether the business is successful or not because they have no concept of being a business owner.

Awesome and very reputable company to work with...The owners word is as good as his promises...Their products, service and customer care are outstanding.

Dealing with Aggressive Glass has been an exercise in frustration. On September 11 I received an estimate to replace the glass in two windows and install 8 screens. I was promised that the custom units would take 1-1 1/2 weeks to be fabricated and that I would be contacted when they were ready to be installed. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing. I finally called THEM on October 14 and was told that they emailed me (not true) and didn't have my phone number (also not true.) I was given an install date on October 21, yesterday, and so I arranged to miss work and remain home waiting for them. I was given no time frame and when I called around noon I was told they had another job ahead of mine. Fine. They arrived about 1 pm with screens but no glass. The installers seemed to not know anything about glass, but told me that the glass "was probably in the truck." I showed them them the estimate which clearly indicated the two pieces of replacement glass. It took the installers a couple of hours to install the screens, after which they purportedly went down to the truck to look for the glass. They returned empty handed and then claimed that the glass was mis-measured and that new glass would have to be cut. I don't believe there was ever any glass in the truck and they knew it. As they left they promised that they would return to the office and explain the problem and have someone get back to me before the end of the workday. When it was nearly 5pm, after hearing nothing, I called and was told by the person I spoke to that she knew nothing about the problem, although I overheard the installer speaking to her earlier in the day. She told me I would get a phone call first thing today when the office opened at 8:30. It is now almost 10:30 and I have heard nothing. I am tired of their delays, inefficiency and lack of forthrightness. And I am tired of having to call them. I have had it and will obviously never use them again and will share with this information with my neighbors.

Typically when you want to get something done right you have to do it yourself...That wasn't the case with Aggressive Glass Manhattans best kept secret Window treatment and repair company (IMO). From design input, to creation, to delivery and installation they handled our account flawlessly! Our windows never looked more beautiful. The added value to our home from their craftsmanship was way beyond what we expected. Their customer support and follow up was unparallelled too and as well, their lead time to delivery and installation was extremely accurate to their initial proposal...

If your looking for a window treatment company near Manhattan then Aggressive Glass should be at the top of your list.

I was told when I ordered the piece of glass that it would be delivered the next day. I told them to leave it with the doorman. They came and left and didn't deliver it. I never received a call about it. The following day I called them to ask what happened and they said they were not in my area so that is why it wasn't delivered (??). I found out from my doorman that they did come and left. So 5 days later, they try to deliver it again and without a box!! This is a 36x21 piece of glass and no box?? Are you joking??? So my poor doorman had to carry it down to the basement to store it until I got home. He was afraid someone would break it since there was NO protection on it, not even bubble wrap or paper. Please tell me that's a joke. What a bunch of idiots. Also, customer service is the worst.
