First they are more than glad to "help you" by help I mean rob you blind in hidden fees. Once you pay them and you have a issue forget it. They say call the airline, you go along with it and they say contact your travel agent for a refund. That is the point where you know something is wrong. Then once you try to call them no response for weeks. You keep calling no response. They say eventually it is too late to get a refund... bye. Then you double check the bill on your credit card and you see SEVERAL DIFFERENT CHARGES that you were not originally told about. These people just want $$$$ without doing any work. You have a question they say go online and find it out. So why use a agent? Just do it yourself and save the $ as if you decide to change anything you will be sorry and without any money or service. These people are a joke like the previous review stated. Stay Away from these crooks. Oh the airline said and several airlines confirmed that the travel agent should be the one to help with a refund or a change once you have purchased thousands in tickets. Once they have their money they are gone! NO HELP USELESS!
