DO NOT GO HERE if your teeth are in pain! There are clearly more competent places to go. (Note: judging by the Google maps street view I'm 99% sure this is the place I went to when I had an emergency toothache one Saturday morning. I accidentally deleted my previous review so I wanted to make sure I found this place again and gave the proper warning to others. Should I find myself in error I will delete this review.)
I had a toothache one Saturday morning and could not visit my regular dentist. I went to this place hoping to get the issue taken care of. The place was dimly lit and the doctor was incompetent. I asked if it could be an infection and if I needed some antibiotics or something and he simply agreed with me after barely examining my mouth. He was more interested in my payment than in a proper diagnosis.
I don't recall if they had a website when I made my visit but I am shocked the site has a such a competent section about periodontitis considering I TOLD THEM I had recently been treated for it and my issue turned out to be some plaque causing irritation under my gums (and I only know this because I went to another dentist and was diagnosed and treated properly!) It's no wonder the video on the front page is nothing but stock photography and the "Meet Dr. Plotkin" and "Office tour" sections on the website are blank!
This review is only for the emergency dental services they offer. I have not been there for any other services. Other services they offer may or may not be good. One positive: the staff was courteous.
