First let me say that the people they have working there are very unprofessional and Rude. Starting with Michelle who picks up the phone to Jonathan setting up the schedule to Dan who is doing dispatching. I reserved a dumpster on Monday and paid before hand to get the dumpster. They were never planning to deliver the dumpster and did not even call to say that they were not. After several attempts to get an answer none of them could give an answer and had a non chalant attitude. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Dan also had the audacity to want to charge even though they never delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and the low lifes working there.
