Came here for a rehearsal of Our Best Intentions, a free immersive theatre piece limited to 20 people. Lead by four guides (one director, one psychotherapist, one choreographer and one analyst) and wearing jackets labelled 'Pride', 'Childhood', 'Friend', 'Pain' etc. it was definitely worth the trek to an otherwise somewhat unexciting part of Hell's Kitchen. The space itself is a decent size if spartan and there's a cloakroom, but it lacks waiting space.
