I wanted a set of mesh chairs for our dual desk, because it is up in the loft of our house and it gets quite warm up there. Airflow is important to me. I had bought a couple at Costco, but they were untenably uncomfortable, so I returned those and bought one chair here. It's perfect. Comfortable and utile without any irritating factors. Just a great chair that does its job without being annoying about it. So get yourself one (or two).

AFC Industries is a fun place to work with. In the research and development area, We got to work on a lot of fun projects whether or not they were incorporated into the core of the business or not. This gave me a lot of room to try anything that seems plausible while still working on the projects required.

I have bought a couple laptop stands along the years. My first one was about 5 years old and a piece on it broke. Having used it daily I felt I had gotten my money's worth out of it and bought another one like it, I didn’t find my former provider and after a research I found one I liked, with the adjustable properties I can’t be any more happier, and I’ll be looking forward to try some other products

We were in need of a retractable keyboard tray (WM-TR) and from the animated graphic and scematic drawing, on the website, it seemed to fit the bill. Once it arrived, we were surprised that this tray doesn't retract at all. It would protrude from the wall so much that people could run into it. Disappointed, we called to recieve an RMA # from our rep Nancy and was told sure but you'll have to pay a 25% restocking fee. If their presentation of this product had been accurate, we would have not ordered it. Poor customer service indeed!

I wrote the review dated January 25, 2010. About a month after writing the review, I was contacted by the salesperson in question, Jay Katz. He told me that while I had more or less accurately outlined what happened with respect to my dealings with AFC Industries, he was worried that the review would hurt his sales. He felt that he had given me "better than 100% service". I told him that if he had given me just 100% service, as well as honesty, we would not have had any problems. He told me that he was just following orders and I replied that he was saying that his word meant nothing because he was always ready and willing to let his company overrule any promise that he had made to me. I also told hime that all of us have seen in our personal lives and in history as a whole, people who "just followed orders" and what that brings. We all have the right, if not the obligation of "doing the right thing", but in his case, he would rather make money for himself.
