Aesthetic Dental

The whole experience of taking our 4-year old children to the dentist for the first time, was made smooth and easy thanks to Aesthetic Dental. From scheduling, to the cleaning itself, it was a great experience.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, in both taking our insurance information and scheduling our next appointment. The entire facility was extremely clean, while also being kid -friendly.

And the dental technician and dentist were so nice to my children! Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV that can be adjusted to the child and dentist's needs. The technician would allow a parent to sit and hold the child during the Xray (both wearing Xray bibs, of course) depending on the comfort level of the child. After the Xray, each child received a nice gift in a gift bag: each got a stuffed animal or a matchbox car.

The dentist, Dr. Durgam, was gentle but very thorough in her cleaning. Yes, the dentist herself does the first cleaning for a child. My son was very nervous about the cleaning. She allowed him to watch with us while his sister had her cleaning. When it was his turn, the dentist let him hold the whirring cleaning tool, and "help" her get his teeth cleaned, by holding the tool with her! Dr. Durgam was patient and kind, and gave us good suggestions to help keep our children's teeth healthy.

After the cleaning the kids received a nice pouch with a toothbrush, paste, and flossers. Aesthetic Dental accepted our NJ FamilyCare insurance, and had free and convenient parking behind the office. We will definitely be back.

Poor customer service . They are very rude. I waited 50 minutes in line in room where no air, too many people and hot. They are not honest. Be careful with your insurance benefit. First they will do some service and then they will explain how much you will pay.

My daughter has seen Dr. Durgham 2 times already and the Orthodontist once all 3 times we treated very well, Dr Durgham and her staff are friendly, accomodating and most imporatnat is they take my insurance, They explain everything to you and they make you feel comfortable, and that in a dentist and their staff is very important especially when it comes to children, My daughter and I have never felt more comfortable going to the dentist, Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK and Don't every change, I would recommend Dr, Durgham and her staff to family and friends. her orthodontist also made us feel comfortable and at ease and she too is very friendly

I've been a patient for a couple years. Dr. Durgam has been very helpful and honest, and her work has been wonderful on my cleanings and fillings. The staff has always been kind and professional. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes once arriving. I moved about 25 minutes away and still make the drive back. Highly recommended.

I don't normally do business reviews, but I make exceptions when I come across great service!! This is one of those exceptions. As a physician, I know what separates good health care practitioners from great ones and Dr. Durgam is the latter. She is friendly, easily approachable, and very knowledgeable about dentistry - not to mention having very accommodating hours in the evenings and weekends.

With so many choices of dentists in the area, it can be tough to decide which one to go with for long-term, quality care. Aesthetic Dental is definitely my choice!
