We had a leaky wall A/C unit. They charged $140/hr and then claimed that it took them almost two hours to clean some sort of hose ($240 for the first trip). THEN, the air condition still leaked... they came back and charged ANOTHER $300. They did not replace any parts, only cleaned a hose and changed the pitch of the A/C. Luckily my landlord is paying for this, but I could not allow this to go unreported. $540 total... i googled the wall A/C units... you can get a brand new one for around $600. But hey... Don't go to med school, become an A/C man.
