Upset and not a happy customer.
Shop where I bought my Panasonic Plasma highly recommended this place for repairs a month ago. Shop owner diagnosed problems to a A- board level defrect. Tech's come in and waste 1 hour and decide the issue with with Plasma tube, didn't bother to change out the board that they had on hand. Tech says he will bring all 4 boards and tube just in case the tube is not the issue. They come back 3 weeks later and bring tube and guess what! It's not the problem, it's the card that I said was the issue. But they didn't bring the card and now have to reschedule another visit, so this process takes over 1 month to possibly resolve. Does management know how much time and money is being wasted?

I am a Service Manager for an AV company in NYC. We have used Advisory TV numerous times and they are our go to TV service provider. Yes they ask for money first. Duh! it costs money to send someone out or provide and in house estimate. Who works for free?

It's a liar company with horrible service. They will try to get your cash before provide you service. If you only have credit card, they will persuade you for giving them your information, and get your money no matter if you sign to agree their service term. Basically, they told me my tv is bad and get my money. They are so mean to tell you they know law better than you. And even you file a claim for dispute, they will still get money, no matter what. They are evil.

Scammer's do not use these people or you will be sorry.. i brought a 4 year old tv for a repair got it back home still not working properly brought it back now there asking another two hundred dollars to fix it.. i am contacting Samsung and the better business Bureau!
