We rented an RV, paid in advance, received confirmation for pick up on a Saturday between noon and 4pm. Scheduled a flight to arrive at Newark at 2:30. Called and found out they close at 1pm - and they assured me they would be long gone by the time I could get there from Newark. Further, because it's a 3 day weekend, I would have to wait until Tuesday to pick it up - ruining 3 days of my vacation. Asked if my 22 year old son, who lives in New York can pick it up, they said no, that you must be 25 years or older to drive the RV. I will NEVER rent from these folks again.
