They are gonna make you wait as long as they wish, and take their sweet ass time to finish their work, without noticing you waiting for them.

The Nurse Jay is rude and most of the people at the front desk are rude. I had to wait 45 minutes in a basically empty lobby to be told it is better to come the next day.
