The ACPNY portal is not helpful when you want to reach your physician and there is no response for over a week. I tried to order prescription refills for my mom and not only were they not processed as she was running out, we had to end up calling the facility. The recording says you can do everything with the portal - not if you don't get responses. This was a very frustrating experience.
This is not a reflection on the facility which is very accommodating.
