I'd like to particularly call out Lillian Hamilton Service Advisor. On two separate occasions, I found her to be very professional and courteous. Normally, shop personnel are strictly businesslike. Lillian's professional demeanor was sincere and seemed genuinely interested in answering all questions. When I explained I had a dealer warranty through another Honda dealership, Lillian took the initiative calling the other dealer to verify my warranty. Today, she offered a complimentary 10% discount off my service. Lillian is the type of person whose people skills should train the trainers.
I've been to this dealer in the past and found them to be anything but professional or courteous. Lillian is a very welcome change.

I took my car in for a recall and they ended up giving me a laundry list of recommendation that was over $1500 in repair work. I only came in for a recall. I said no to the repairs and for them to only do the recall which took less than an hour (to replace an airbag), evening though I was told it would take four hours. After I got my car back I notice the car was out of alignment. I won't be going back there! I notice on the receipt that they added alignment as a new recommendation.

Worst place ever. Full of lies, don't care, recommend service that is not required so they can up-sell. I think service center reps work on commission. Everyone in the service area is always complaining about the excessive 1-2 hour wait. I've been going to this place for 3 years. They never change. Honda should revoke their dealership rights. It's a disgrace to Honda reputation.

Everthing went good when I bought my crv maybe to good; the only thing was alot of scratches on the side and the hood.they said they would take care of it; well that was a lie.when I came to pick up my crv they had just smacked touch up paint on the scratches which looked horrible it wasn't even the same color.It looked as if they took nail polish to cover the scratches. I told them they need to fix that cause that was a horrible job.Marie assured me everything would be fine. She said we will put your car on a flat bed and take it over to shop.Then why the hell there is 30 plus miles on my car; the scratches are still there and I just had enough with this place.Never again lesson learned.

We wre prepared simply to visit the dealershp and obtain price info. That was until we met Steven Gong who was a patient, polite, and knowledgeable sales rep. He answered all our questions and was courteous in doing so. We leased a CR-V. He even stayed late after the dealership closed to give us another orientation about the car's many features. The following day we returned to submit some paperwork and Steven was equally polite, patient and helpful after the sale was complete. For my next car I will definitely return to Steven. Best of all, he did not give a hard sell but was considerate of our pocketbook.
