I have contacted them by phone an received a helpful, friendly and responsive interaction with the manger. She has enrolled my child in a class. We were on the wait list for a year. Initially, we received an invitation for an opening, and I responded in less than 20 hours. They told me the class was full. The implication of “wait list” means that if ten seats are open, then ten students are offered a seat, if people say no, then move down the list. There is a big difference between a "wait list" and a mass email notification. They were great on the phone and will update when I see how the classes are.
