OMG, it was the first time I called that place and I couldn't believe my ears, a rude customer service lady on the phone, so I hang up and called again an hour later, but same attitude
And before I say thank you she said you're welcome and hang up in my face

They forgot to send my ultrasound results to my doctor!!! I'm pretty sure though, they won't forget to send me a bill. Outrageous!

Hated it! Awful customer service by rude technician (Wendy). She was both rude, and probably clinically depressed. Also had a demeaning and condescending attitude and looked miserable. Several people walked out after waiting for well over an two hour after initial appointment times. Take my advice and save yourself and your Insurance company the heartache: DON'T GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION OF DOING BUSINESS THIS WAY. Go somewhere else, your insurance will cover it just call them and look up a great place on Yelp!
