Advanced Radiological Imaging

Just bliping unbelievable. The worst radiology I have ever been too.

Wish I could give these clowns half a star or even a worse rating. They were rude abnoxious and the whole space stunk like a sewer. After an appointment and waiting over two hours the rude people finally had a bad tech who did not know what to do run a scan.

A horrible place ...avoid it . The staff is rude and if you ask them what's going on twice they'll tell you to speak to their boss. They over book. The waiting area is dirty and over crowded. There's not enough seats. The wait is literally over 2 hours .

The management/board of this facility really needs to "re-examine" their own policies and procedures on how they staff and schedule appointments. Clearly, their staff is overwhelmed and over-worked, which results in problematic professional conduct when dealing with their ill patients, either on the phone, or when they arrive for their appointments. Though their waiting rooms are neat and clean, they are often "packed tightly"/overflowing with patients with unreasonable/unacceptable wait times. This writer had an over two (2) hour wait for a ten minute diagnostic procedure, that was performed professionally, by one of their techs. The problem is in their "overbooking/understaffing" procedures, which results in poor patient relations, quality of care issues and patients seeking such diagnostic services elsewhere...

They need a new staff! They are very inconsiderate to people going through scary and upsetting situations. The women named "Lady" who answers the phone needs a good lesson in compassion. If you have questions or concerns, go somewhere else.
