Everytime I call during hours of operation, I have to wait on hold for a very long time. I leave messages but no one ever returns my call. It is very hard to reach a representative. I have been trying to become a new patient for 2 days and haven't been able to speak to anyone. Luckily, I was able to Google search a different dental office nearby.

If you love your teeth don't go to this doctor ever no matter what!!! This is one of the worst dental office in the Bronx, they are extremely rude... All they care about is the money not the patient... they are extremely dirty, and overcharge their clients.... All they Are a bunch of fraudulents ... One time they charged my insurance a cleaning that I didn't get!!! Never go to this place!!!

Please do not go to this dentist place they all are extremely rude and they do not care about there patients. I went in there to get a wisdom tooth removed and even though I was in extreme pain they just gave me a prescription and refused to treat me and made up some bogus lie so they wouldn't be bothered by me or any other patients and there so unprofessional
PS I didn't even want to give them a star i was just forced and I defiantly changed my dentist after that horrible experience
