- Terrible #102608

Be aware dishonest company!!!
A manager, Anas came to my apartment 2 hours later then the scheduled appointment for Island Aire PTAC unit (combined cooling & Natural gas heating system) repair. He recommended to replace whole unit because the compressor was designed unable to repair & cost was $2800 after check the system. The paid visiting charge $125 will be be applied if I order new unit( I found their website described "Free estimation" later). Another repair company fixed it by replace a starting capacitor and cost is only $120.
