Not sure where Eddie R is coming from, but I met with Nick last night. He was very pleasant and courteous. He is very knowledgeable about wood flooring and was patient with our questions. His quote for the work was competitive.

So an older fellow named Nick or was it Mick just left. I had some questions about the repairs needed and he said my hardwood floors were 'dead' and needed replacing. Fair enough. He was VERY unfriendly to say the least when I mentioned that I didn't expect to have to have so much work done. He then said, 'ok, I'm out of here then because I can see you're not listening to what I'm saying.' Talk about short tempered! He then said that he had 55 years in the business. That's fine but he didn't even let me discuss the floors with him at all. I told him then just go because you're attitude stinks. I told him I look forward to putting a review online. He then says, get this, that if I do that I'll be seeing him again. Threatening me with violence?! Then he takes off his glasses like he wants to fight! I couldn't believe it! I told him to just get out as he cursed at me. Very unstable. I treated him with complete respect until he started getting belligerent with me. I always do when dealing with someone older than me. What a way to do business! I don't know if this guy is representative of how this company normally does business or not but he sure makes a lousy impression!
