Customer service is superb. Izick was a tremendous help to me as I was visiting my family in Brooklyn and realized I had forgotten additional contact lenses. Being 300 miles from home (Maine) and on my way to South Carolina, Izick set me up with a sufficient supply of lenses at no cost to allow me to enjoy my trip. My wife and I returned the following day - she bought a pair of Ray-bans, and I bought a pair of Ovo sunglasses. His prices are fair and his service is hard to beat.

Amazing customer service! Isaac was very attentive, knowledgable and professional. They have a wide selection of frames from various designers and the best of all, my glasses were ready the same day.... A couple of hours later! Definitely would recommend this optical shop! Thank you again Isaac I love my new specs!!!
