I've been a patient of Dr. Hantverk for 10 years and think he's a fantastic dentist. After several bad experiences with other dentists, I feel very lucky to have found him and have recommended him to friends as well.

The best thing I can say is that, in 10 years of visits, I've never felt anything more then mild discomfort during procedures. That is coming from someone with a pretty serious dental phobia.

The office is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly. Unlike the other reviewer, I've never felt like they've been "overly aggressive" or "relentless". On the contrary, I'm always given choices on how to proceed with treatments, and I appreciate Carol calling to remind me when I'm due for a cleaning.

while this place is by all means is qualified, they are overly aggressive with their treatment plans- their goal is to take you for as much money as possible by doing work that isnt necessary.
add onto that the relentless "grandmotherly" receptionist who calls you ever week to "ask if you want to make appointments" and the sum of parts is more akin to a used car dealership rather than someone you can trust to not take advantage of you..
