My family and I have been patients of Advance Dental Care for many years and have found Dr. Jeff Mermelstein (office staff and the hygienists) to be very friendly, accommodating, supportive and always willing to make the office visit a very positive experience.
Throughout the years I have had numerous crowns, restorative dentistry, root canals, an implant, and of course your garden variety cavities. During these many visits, Jeff has always put me at ease by allowing me ample time to get numb, playing mutually agreed upon background music, constantly asking me if I feel any pain, and keeping my nerves at ease with his sense of humor.
In addition, he has tended to two root canal emergencies via opening up his office on New Year’s Day and the day after Thanksgiving. Most other dentists probably would’ve told their patients to wait till they had “normal” business hours. Also, Dr. Mermelstein always follows up with his patients within 24 hrs to see if there are any complications from a recently performed procedure.
My healthy smile due to the expert work and of the Advanced Dental Care Team has led to a better self-esteem, more enjoyment when processing food, and has contributed to a better overall state of health. I totally recommend a visit to this location.
