Advanced DDS

I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Dr. Thomas has performed the majority of my procedures which require multiple stages; he is a skillful professional and a genuinely kind man. I recently went in for another procedure and Dr. Raskin himself performed it. I am extremely grateful for the way he treated me. While the commercials attracted me to this office, their genuine care for my well being will keep me as a loyal patient. Dr. Raskin and his team made sure I was well informed and comfortable at all times. I was a little nervous as this procedure would be a bit more invasive but Dr. Raskin’s positive attitude, relaxed demeanor and attentive personality kept me at ease; before I knew it, he completed the procedure and I was on my way home. As always, I received a check up call by the end of the day from Dr. Raskin and another the following morning from one of the representatives. I have yet to feel rushed, neglected or mistreated in my dealings with Dr. Raskin and his team. Thank you.

So hey the office was nice not alot of state of the art equipment but the employees almost seem fake. They waited till I payed before they let me speak to te dentist then quoted me two quotes one for 10,000 or implants for 40,000 least 50,000 max so until then I was like ok they called me a few times to ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment to start I said no I want to schedule an appointment to meet with the dentist who does the implant which was Dr raskin I think his name was , joan seemed reluctant to to ask if he would see me for a FREE consultation., but she did and he said yes. The day before the appointment a few text from them to confirm my appointment the day of my appointment matter of fact about three hrs before they called me to tell me the appointment is canceled n never offer to reschedule. I feel its because it was a FREE appointment. They never called me back to even offer me some other appt. I hate that n I hate places that are all bout money, im a nurse and n you should really stand for something I need my implants n I wil get them even if takes getting a loan n hopefully the dentist who does them cares more about his pt than the money.
