Please avoid this store !!! This is the worst store I ever visited. I purchased the new battery for my van. 3 mechanics from AAA on the road from the state of Florida to NY checked my "new" battery. The battery had some internal short, but 5 years of warranty!! I already changed the starter and ignition switch...I came to this store and had a conversation with the manager Vijai Prashad. He couldn't find my name on the computer. He called the store where I bought the battery, but didn't find my name on the system. It was no help at all. It looked like they just had fun of my situation. I needed to drive to another store where the salesperson found my case and my name on the computer with my order and replaced the battery.

not a bad store, sometimes there are not enough people working, can't blame the staff for that. staff are always nice.

Will never shop here again and I encourage everyone to drive down the road to Auto Zone instead!!!

Price much higher than online with pick up at the store. Asked to match and got a snappy attitude back saying that must buy at store. Proceeded to buy online through my phone and was told that I will have to wait 20 minutes for them to process. Rude staff, send them for customer service 101 training, which they clearly missed... !!!!!

Open till 10pm. What could b better than this? Nice.
