I felt it better to write to you about my experience at your spa. The atmosphere was lovely as the dressing room before the facial. Gabriella was informative about her background however this should have been done before my appointment and I felt it cut into my session. Before my session began Gabriella was already trying to sell me on an additional $45 mask, in my experience I felt the facial was very harsh and not very relaxing at all. I've had much experience in the extraction part of a facial, however I felt it to be too aggressive and today my face reflects just that.
I felt the room was too small for the treatment bed especially when Gabriella had to make her way around the bed, it was very disruptive to the relaxation of the facial.
When my hands were being massaged they were placed on the blanket with wet lotion which was unpleasant and a bit of advice, instead of putting hands in plastic, maybe you might want to try tissue, something that absorbs the lotion, instead my hands were hot and wet because of the plastic.
The products I don't believe were the best choice for my skin and even this morning I felt very dry and last night I felt my skin was stripped rather than hydrated.
When the facial was over, I wasn't even offered a glass of water.
Then the credit card situation made the ending of a very unpleasant facial even more unpleasant.
I wish I could say I would be back, but for the $150 I've already spent on such an unpleasant experience I don't feel it a very smart financial decision to spend another $150+ to be equally disappointed on a future appointment.
Hoping that some of my comments and advice will help you to better your Spa in some way.
