I called because my dog caught a ear infection and both ears were cut. The husband of the groomer tried to tell me this wasnt caised by them. After my dog came home he started acting very different so i took him to the vet and was told water got into his ears and the tips of his ears were cut by soccors or clippers. The groomers were very unprofessional when i discuss this with them. First they told me i was told he had a ear infection then we couldnt trim his ears. It was clear they messed up but didnt want to admit it. Do not take your dog here ever because ut will not be handled with care. They will try to cover up the mistake they made.
