Excellent flower choices. They have amazing flowers all the time and they make gorgeous bouquets. I think they're the best flower shop. Not only do they have flowers, they sell a little bit of home decor stuff, candles and cute little gift items. They also carry a good amount of plants. They make great Terrariums as well!! I order once in a while for my friends and colleagues and the people there are always so friendly and helpful. I do agree on the website issue though -I hope they revamp the site real soon! But other than that, 5 stars for greatness!!!

Poor website, poor images, decent service and prices. They deliver beauty but they don't consider their own beauty in the website they have - abhorrent.

Consumer alert. Adore appears very youthful, upscale and trendy (except for dysfunctional web site). The arrangement that I bought recently looked great when I arrived. Service was pleasant. Given that I paid $140 I made specific inquires about care. I followed those directions very carefully. Within 36 hrs. 30% of the arrangement was dropping and drying up. I called the store- followed their directions re: reviving. At 48 hrs. post purchase nearly 80% of the arrangement had deteriorated. Not the most desirable outcome for an anniversary. We returned to the store with photos of what had happened (as they requested) and were greeted with a hostile and condescending interrogation and denial of any responsibility. The clerk nastily informed us that the owner would call. They never did. Yes, this is only one experience. It's your money. If you want to spend it on the aura of the store rather than the product – this is the place for you.
