Have purchased my living room set and bedroom set with a great sales man by the name of chris. He offered us a great deal on everything. Will definitely recommend coming here to friend and family to purchase from them and deal with Chris. He is an amazing Salesman.

They are scam artists I went to them hoping to find a new bedroom set for my new place and got completely ripped off not only did they bring me the wrong furniture set they later tried to cover up the fact by stating that the furniture set I had ordered had been discontinued I personally called the furniture manufacturer only to discover that they lied and worst yet refuse to remedy the situation

Awful experience, avoid at all costs.
After waiting for four hours on a Thursday, the Sanford and Sons delivery van finally pulled into my driveway to deliver my brand new sectional and kitchen chairs. Two delivery men, an older gentleman (65) and a younger male (25) with an awful attitude removed my unprotected furniture from this tiny van that was clearly undersized for such a large delivery. As expected, the sectional was covered in damage. Rips, scratches and tears all over. At first they denied the damage but upon calling their supervisor and my salesman I was told they would replace the unit. I understand that accidents happen, but the utter negligence and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. Two strikes.
My experience continued to worsen. Before the units were delivered, I was told that assembly of the kitchen chairs and the relocating of my current sofa to my basement were part of the deal. When I approached the delivery guys about these arrangements I was met with grunts of disgust and horrible attitudes as if I was inconveniencing them. Again, a call went into their supervisor and salesman who explained that it was part of the deal. At this point, I didn't even want the furniture and requested they just take it back and refund me my money. I was told that I would receive a call from the GM of the store that night. Thursday night came and went, no call. Friday I received a call from a manager of a DIFFERENT location who explained that I had to accept a replacement unit or it would cost me $250 for a return fee, neither of which were acceptable options. I have since attempted to contact the GM of the Lodi location, Mike, numerous times after with no avail. I keep getting the run around about his schedule and availability.
Five days later and still no resolution. I'm stuck with a damaged sectional that I do not want and can not get my money back. This has been hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any retailer of any product. They have done nothing but cause grief and aggravation for me from the start and have don't nothing to rectify the situation. I plan to contact the better business bureau as well as my attorney to discuss further action.
