I like the dentist himself, but I have been treated harshly and spoken to in a very demoralizing manner by the dental assistant. Everytime I needed to cancel an appointment I was questioned as to why I canceled, even disrespected in her responce to my cancellation. One remark specifically was "WHO DOES THAT" "who walks around with a partial plate" another instance was when I was asked "WHY ARE YOU CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT" I was told that, my record of canceling was substantial. How is that her concern. I was spoken to horribly by this woman, to the point that I went into anxiety attacks when ever I needed to cancel or reschedule MY appointment. This woman is very unprofessional, and I will not go back their for service.
