Processed our Umrah Visas in less than 4 days. When you call ask for Sumaiya as she is easy to understand and very friendly. Would deal with them again, I’ve recommended them to my friends and family.

Excellent place to process Visas! I was in a rush to get Umrah Visas for my family. Adam Tours was VERY friendly and assured me that I would get our Visas on time whilst other agencies refused to even work with me due to my time constraints. I would highly recommend this place. This business is very reckless and does not care about their customers. I made reservation with them to go to Saudia Arabia for Hajj and I was expecting good service but unfortunately I was disappointed and Id like to warn future customers to avoid them in the future. Here are some of my complaints details:1- When I arrived to Jeddah airport there was no any help, guide or direction to the hotel.2- Many times I tried to call their phone number in Jeddah with now answer.3- There was confusion in the hotel reservation that let me change the room in the first night for many times.4- They do not have their own transportation and they rely on cabs and private cars.5- They lack how to organize a group of people. They are terrible and do not respect time at all.6- Our accommodation in the Azizyah city was in an apartment building which was in very bad condition.Please warn other customers to avoid their business.
