Adam M. Shoman, MD, FACOG

I transferred my medical records to their office and had an appointment with them yesterday. I was recommended to see Dr Adam Shoman by Doctor baker and supposably he has like five stars, the best ratings. That's definitely false. My experience there was horrible, the services was horrible and on top of all that, the doctor only scanned through my medical records with in 2 minutes and decided that I have a high risk of pregnancy. So he didn't even want to see me or do anything with me. I felt hurt and scared and confused so I asked if the doctor can just see me so that I can have a better understanding of why I'm a high risk and why I can't be seen by him, but no response. He let me leave the office crying and thinking that there's something wrong with my baby. Now I have to send my records back to Saint peters hospital and see what they can do for me. I also never had a co pay with my doctors at Saint peters hospital or my primary Doctor, Dr Cogliani in Piscataway, nj. He's actually a great doctor, but he's a little old school. The service there is amazing and I'm actually looking forward for him to deliver my baby. I know my rights with my insurance and at the Hackensack office, they want to take you for your money. I hope this was a help to the mothers that are think of going with Dr Adam Shoman. Do not do it!
