Acura of Westchester

This is my third car. My first two cars were finanaced. This particular car is leased. This was by far the best car buying (leasing) experience ever. Matt, is the man! He was very personable yet very professional. He was very genuine and seemed more interested in what I wanted than the actual sale. He went through things step by step with me and kept me abreast of the process all the way up until I picked up my vehicle. He took the time to make sure I knew and understood the basics of the vehicle and even made sure my safety features were activated before I drove off of the lot. I can go on and on about how amazing my experience was but one would need to check it out for themselves to really understand how great it was. Did I mention that I LOVE THIS CAR. Her name is Bella by the way. She is absolutely beautiful.

The service dept, and the GM Tony should not be in the customer service business.
Stay away from TOM, TONY, & MAX. If you could go anywhere else to get your car serviced, I advise to. I will now avoid this dealership at all cost.
They promise you things, and you can have them recorded, and they refuse to Honor their promises or budge to keep customers. Here's an Idea, Customers pay your paycheck, and keep you in business. Treat them right.

As soon as we walked into this dealership we knew we were in the right place. A salesperson approached us right away, we chatted for a bit and told him what we wanted and he quoted us a price. We didn't buy the car that day but left not feeling any pressure from our salesperson. This was a big factor in our decision. Jose was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all willing to work with our budget. I would highly recommend both Acura of Westchester and Jose if you're in the market for a new car.

I'm a third time costomer, I've bought a car, and leased 2. Vincent is an amazing sales person., He's honest and straight forward. I've even dealt with Ken Hicks and for my first sale and there was no back and forth negotiations just a straight deal that was beyond fare. Probably the fastest and car purchases I've ever had! They even painted the front and back bumpers when I purchased a CPO car and they day of pick up they even gave me free brand new black Acura TL mats because they were embarrassed that that the set that I purchased the car with did not shampoo well.
Chris in the service department is awesome! If you do buy a car from Acura of Westchester please deal with Vincent in sales and Chris C. in service even though I'm sure they are all excellent.

Juan Cordon is an awesome service advisor. He was polite, very informative and just really took the time to make the experience not as bad as I thought it would be. He greeted me at my car and was there throughout the entire process. His smile, attentiveness and professionalism really provided the type of service that has made me stay with Acura of Westchester for the past 10 years and makes me want to stay with them for another 20. Keep up the good work Juan and the entire Acura team and have a very Happy Holidays!!
