Customer service was horrible once the sales agreement was signed. I asked to explain certain features about the car and response I get was read the manual. Sales Mgr never told me it was only one set of car key and promised to get me a spare copy free of charge. After constant calling and email no response. I'm being generous for giving one star rating. Stay far away from there crooks.

I really recommend this place its better to see it then follow these reviews, as I almost did, I worked with Mr Bob and Mr Mike who were very frank and straightforward with me, I preffer that them someome going in circles to sell me something I will later regret. I came from Brooklyn and found the place while visiting relatives and then went online amd decided they had a van I wanted and it ended up working out. Im happy with my purchase so far and will recommend, I will choose straighforward salesmen then beatting around the bush.

i brought my mdx there last summer for service before making a trip to california, they forgot to put the oil deep stick back properly the engine plastic cover was not bolted back its just seating ontop of the engine,its a good thing i decided to open the hood when i made a stop over in chicago. i decicided to do same service at a dealer in las vegas.dont trust valley stream acura.......no star
