Acura of Brooklyn

BEWARE!!! These guys are a bunch of thieves. I tried to return the car I leased from them and they flat out refused saying I didn't get it from them and i had to pay to return.The place was dead no one in there. They do nothing. Once Acura gave them a call they agreed to return the lease. Acura put these dogs in there place. Do not come near this place. They will only help you if they can scheme you.

Heather took care of us from beginning to end. We came in for an oil change and walked out with a complimentary car wash on top of the service (awesome because the car was an eyesore with how dirty it was). She makes sure to have the vehicle inspected all-around to prevent future issues. Her professionalism is top-notch - and I'll be sure to return for all future services and (possible) repairs. Picked up an Acura ILX last week, for my mother. The entire Acura staff was super-helpful during what normally would have been an extremely stressful experience. Rabee and Sean gave me a great deal on a beautiful car. Sean walked me through my options and helped make sure that we got the color (luna silver) with the interior (gray leather) that we wanted. Insurance was a breeze thanks to Egor as well. Jennifer, who delivered the car and explained all of the technology, was a pleasure to deal with. I went into Acura Brooklyn to buy my first new car. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. The salesperson Peyton, and the manager Ewa, they were taking care of me and make sure I received the best deal possible. And Sabrina who walked us through with the technology on the vehicle in professional. This was the best sales experience in my first time buying a car. I will certainly look forward with Acura Brooklyn in the future, and highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from here!

I could not have been happier with a dealership! I literally got everything that I wanted and more! Darren was an amazing sales associate, very knowledgeable and he helped me get the car I wanted. After coming from another Acura dealership and getting the worst service ever, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone at Acura of Brooklyn was so nice and accommodating to what I wanted in a new car and even threw in a few bonuses! I am in love with my car and I would gladly get my next car from this dealership as well.
