The "office manager" while scheduling my appointment was whistling and coughing into the phone. She began to asks me my symptoms which she preceded to call "weird and strange" then had me repeat myself approximately 6 times before telling how strange it was that she has never heard of it before. I asked her for her name where she then gave me her name followed by "I'm allowed to say I've never heard of something before". This review is in no way a reflection of the MD but of the receptionist in the office. I called back to cancel my appointment being I know longer felt comfortable going into an office with obnoxious employees, when a new receptionist answered and I gave my name to cancel she said" Sure, Great." and hung up.
