they were good a few years ago... Went back for another knee problem... long waits... impersonal discussions, money up front first...partial explanations... the Dr there took x rays of my back and knee (went for my knee but during the exam he said "I'm going to take x rays of your back.") Took the x rays but never discussed them despite me asking what the results were. Asked for copies of the x ray and report to bring to my Physical Therapist but the Active Joints team said, "you have to request it". So I requested it and asked that they ,mail it to me... they said, "No, you have to pick it up" I offered to pay for the mailing but they still said "no". I went to pick it up and I was told they want $5.00 .. I said, other dr's give you a copy but OK add it to todays co visit. they said "No. It has to be cash" when I asked why I couldn't add it to the debit card, the young lady said, "I don't make the rules, all I know is they want cash." I gave her $5.00 took the disk and told them I'll take my knee and business elsewhere. In my opinion an office full of Unprofessional professionals with elitist mentality... "my way or the highway" care... I chose the highway
