I take all my cars to Ace Tekk in Pal Park and Bogota (Collision). They've always done good work and will tell you honestly what the best options will be vs. cost. Replaced a scion clutch, body repair and paint job. Came out better than expected and runs great. Even had them check suspension and rack an pinion because steering was weird and loose, they tightened up any loose bolts and they didn't bother charging me anything for it!
Getting a starter replaced now for a lancer evolution. They will work with you to get your car fixed quickly and inexpensively.
