Worst car rental experience ever. Besides the fact the car was a junk, I felt like every bump we hit the car was going to fall apart, they overcharged me $180. The day we dropped the car off we called to see if they would charge us for dropping the car off 3 hours later than the quoted time. And the rental place said don't worry about it. So we dropped it off 3 hours later. Then the following week I noticed an extra $180 charge on my credit card. It was because we dropped the car off later. I got $105 of the $180 back. But I still was charged $75 more for 3 extra hours keeping the car, even though they told us we wouldn't be charged. Terrible car and bad customer service.

I made an online reservation for a car, but when I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying that they had NO cars available due to a computer glitch. There was a guy hiding (yes, literally hiding) behind the desk, and only when I went around to knock on the side window where I could see him crouched behind the desk did he unlock the door to let me know that it wasn't his fault. He gave me a number to call, but the person on the other end just gave me the same feeble excuse. Due to the immediate need, I was unable to find a car at any of the other rental agencies at the airport, so I was forced to hire a cab to take me to a rental facility further away. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, and will dissuade anyone who asks from trying their luck with this company.

This is the worst car rental place!! I rented a 2010 Kia tag number K25AKT. Before I even took off I made them aware of some issues with the car. Al the man there said no worries the car is fine..... I drove off and started to head to my destination. As I was driving down the road at 70 miles per hour the steering wheel start to shake and the light come on TPWA. I return the car and this piece of work charges me more than I signed for when I took the car. I have started the disputing process with my credit card.....but what a nightmare! I would highly recommend that NO ONE rents from this unethical organization!!!

I rented a 12 passenger van for a trip. I get there and they do not have the Van. They offer me 2 minivans, which will not work for what I need which ruined the trip.

I contact head quarters and Al the Elizabeth location owner calls me and tells me "thats life, s**t happens". Goes on to tell me that he does not care and hangs up.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!!

Horrible experience renting here. Left the lot with a Van that turned out to have a bad tire -sounded like a helicopter. Called the rental agency 3 times with my concerns from the road and they said the vibrations were from the empty van and that it was normal. We proceeded with caution. The tire blew out on a busy highway about 22 miles from my home. Agency said to put on the spare and get a replacement for the spare at a local place that we would work it out when I returned. When I returned the vehicle today the manager said it was my fault and would not pay for the tire $150 and additionally claims that i am responsible for the damaged cause by the tire $500.The worst experience I have ever had with a rental, my art work was damaged from a water leakage, lost a day repairing the tire and additional stress of a damage claim. BEWARE.
