My advice is Always get an onsite estimate with any company. NOT OVER PHONE. Especially a moving company. The customer service from the workers, moving stuff, was excellent, the estimate was off by $400 , which is a lot. Items that were gone over on phone 3times had been way off when movers arrived to move items, on their list. Christine.
