I had a casino themed birthday party for my parents last weekend (January 2016) using Casino Party 4 U. I worked with Kate over email to set up the logistics of the party. She was extraordinarily helpful, as I was planning this party from several hundred miles away. Based on the number of guests, spacing and rooms available in the home, we decided to go with a roulette, blackjack and craps table. The tables came with three dealers, who were absolutely amazing.

Every single guest we had was so impressed with these dealers and the tables. They knew they were coming to a casino themed party, but were blown away when they arrived and saw regulation tables with well dressed dealers ready to "gamble." (Even I was impressed and I knew what I was getting). They all (Greg, Carlos and Monica) had great personalities that fit right in with our party guests. They were so patient and willing to teach the guests the rules and answer any questions they had about how to play the games, especially Greg who was on the Craps table -- everyone had tons of questions for him. Honestly, I could go on and on about how amazing this party was because of this company, but the bottom line is that you should look seriously into booking your casino party with this company: professional, competitively priced and just fun!

The dealers were polite, professional, and entertaining. Our event went smoothly, and all in attendance enjoyed themselves. The only drawback was our interaction with the management regarding payment arrangements. It was our first time using this company, yet they did not value that we are a large corporate operation with a stellar reputation, and excellent record with regard to paying our bills. We were hassled over the balance, even though they received a 50% deposit, and had a check in hand for the remaining amount. They were hesitant because we booked the event close to the date, and they feared our check may not be honored.

I hired Ace and Jack to do my company holiday party of about 150 guests. They are the most professional and organized company that you will find in the tri-state area if you are looking to have a casino themed party. My co-workers are still talking about what a good time they had a month after the event. Also, ask them to provide a DJ as well along with the table games. I own a casino company here in the Washington, D.C. area and had a client that wanted me to do an event in NYC. We did an event for this same client back in 2010, in NYC as well. So, when my client called me to do another event for her in November 2014, I quickly called Kate at Ace & Jack to have her provide me with their professional croupiers, again. As was the case in 2010, the staff was great at this last event (Nov. 2014)! All showed up on time, which is very important. All were professionally attired and all the guests had a great time due to the professionalism of the staff and the knowledge that the staff had about their respective games. Its always nice when staff can teach novices the game and also make sure the guests have a good time, too.
