I was required to use their system when I purchased my town home in Allendale. After purchasing their basic security system, their codes failed to work to reset my alarm system. I have called repeatedly for someone to come out for a year. They failed to mention when I purchased the system I was locked into a five year contract. I have been paying for this service for a year and have not had security provided.I have since discovered that they are not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
