Beware of this accounting service business. I was ripped off when my wife & I decided to do our joint income tax return. I was double charged by Accountant Heidy Chang-Funtes for services rendered. I didn't know I had been double charged on until I got home and compared the tax return fee from the previous year [$173 vs the new $361 fee]. When I contacted Ms. Chang-Funtes about the large discrepancy, she was unable to give a valid explanation as to why. After several attempts to get a $100 reimbursement, my wife & I were forced to give up. Taking her to small claims court wouldn't have justified the time missed from work. If one quarter of a star could be given, that's what they deserve in terms of service.
