I called to inquire about employing the company to do some security work. I was told by the very nice secretary (I'm assuming) that yes, they did the kind of work I was looking for and that she would have her boss call me when he got in.
Well, the call never came, so I called back. I told him who I was and that I had left a message but never received a call back. No response. I then explained what I was looking for and he cut me off, stating "we don't do that." I explained that I was told by the person who answered the phone that they did and he asked me to explain a little more. When I said we were looking for two peoples, no uniforms, he cut me off again and said "we don't do that." He was short, abrupt, curt, and in my opinion, very rude.
We were offering a short term, but very high paying job which he turned his nose up at. That's okay, but he didn't need to be rude. I will ensure that every agency I deal with knows about this company and to stay clear.
