I got the Groupon deal for 2 lessons and the 5 hr course. Except for the fact that the course itself takes forever, I learned a lot. The 5 hr class is mandatory for all new drivers. The class went through passages from that dmv book, videos about driving safely and defensively, and a short quiz at the end. Overall I expected the course to be a lot worse, I'll see how the driving lessons are.

I purchased a lesson package with Access2drive and I am glad i went with this driving school. The five hour class tells you everything you need to learn from road test format to what to expect as a driver. You'll leaving feeling confident from that class and experience that same feeling with taking your lessons. Their driving instructors build your driving skills and prepare you for the test and for when the test is over.

I purchased their Group-On deal for the 5- hour pre licensing course and two 45 minute lessons and I must say it was worth every penny. During the 5 hour course, the instructor actually broke down the driving licensing exam and gave us great tips on how to pass. He kept the class engaged and allowed us to take notes. The two 45 min lessons were also great. My instructor was very formal and punctual. Took the time to break down all the rules of driving and allowed me to drive without feeling very nervous. Overall, I would say this was a good deal and I would definitely recommend Access 2 Drive to anyone in the NYC area.

I completed my five hour lesson here and it was great. I left aware of many rules, including right away rules. I was previously hazy on the subject and a bit nervous. My instructor was thorough - he even pointed out was what wrong in the videos (driving rules sometimes change over time). In addition, it passed by quickly and ended with a test (that I scored 33/33 on). I was happy about the test because it solidified all we covered. If you want a quality class, use them.
