Their are always ups and downs in any business, but I had Academy Group for my service for over
10 years. They have to deal with sometimes rude and obnoxious people not wanting to give them information they ask for especially if its a sales pitch to relay back to their clients. For the most part I find their service to be very competent. I belive I'm in good hands.
