Academy Fence Company Inc

I've called several times to install fencing but to no avail. They have not returned my calls for an installation even after I gave them all of the information.

Very happy with Academy Fence. We live in Florida and found the website easy to order from and our purchased supplies came in a timely manner. S&H wasn't outrageous compared to other businesses too. Quality of the materials was better then expected with very limited flaws ( if any ) within the fence. We were worried by the negative reviews to order from this company, but we found that as long as you order and do the project yourself its fine. We now have a beautiful out door animal enclosure built with the fencing supplies from Academy Fence.

This company provides substandard workmanship. They do not know how to handle disputes appropriately and were rude and condescending, especially the owner. They built a fence in which a portion fell apart less than a year later. I had called to discuss my concerns which was met with incompetence and belligerence. I was told that they would come back to my house to attempt to remediate the problem but a representative never showed up and make excuses for their lack of follow through. ****Horrible customer service**** ****Substandard workmanship****

The website made getting my fencing materials so easy and the fence looks beautiful!! All my neighbors are asking about the fence, where I got it, etc. On the website, I loved that I was able to see all the different products, click on the different color, sizing, gauge options, see the pricing and get an actual quote. I also called Academy Fence directly and the customer service representative, Angie, walked me through, step by step, and I was able place my order right on the phone with her. They shipped the materials that day! They really know how to take care of the customer. I highly recommend Academy Fence to anyone looking for a fence. They also have beautiful arbors so I think I might be added one to my new fence.

I used Academy Fence to purchase fencing material and it was a plesant and easy experience. There website is easy to use, even for people that are not internet savy (as myself) and it was very detailed. i am very happy with my purchase, and i recieved my order on time.
