The black/Spanish woman with the glasses was chewing gum and talking rudely on the phone. She said she doesn't know anything medically when asked about my bloodwork. She's "just a receptionist" as she puts it. Then when I got there she was the loudest trying to interrogate like she's a cop asking when was the last time I saw Dr. Fox I told her Wednesday and she dismissed and said Dr Fox wasn't here last Wednesday. And she was talking in slangs about the new management and when I said I wasn't informed she downright dismissed again with her hand raised telling me everyone was informed about it. As she blabbered on I'm standing here wondering why would anyone want to hire this person ESPECIALLY in HEALTH when patients are the most vulnerable to abuse.
